Examples include quotation marks, cedilla (ç), percentage sign, alpha, beta, gamma, and letters with tilde, acute, or circumflex accents.
To prevent this, the information should be copied and pasted into a notepad first, then cut and pasted into the corresponding fields.

Is it necessary to add additional punctuation to the reference format?
