Set of documents or records grouped by theme, institutions, or other forms of organization, defined by the database coordinator.

3. NOTES:

a) Include the name of the collection(s) to which the record belongs, separating occurrences with the “enter” key.

b) The collection name should be filled in with the standardized name defined by the database coordinator.
