2. DATA ELEMENT DEFINITION:

Name of the project addressed in the document.

3. NOTES:

a) Record the project name in the original language of the document, transcribing in uppercase the first letter of each significant word.

b) When the project is known by an acronym, record it following the name, separated by a space.

c) Filling in the Project – Name or Number data field is mandatory. If one of these pieces of information is missing, it is not indicated that the document is part of a project.
