Only doctoral theses and postdoctoral theses, as well as other higher levels of ‘stricto sensu’ postgraduate studies, will be included in LILACS.

Only master’s dissertations from the fields of Nursing and Public Health (Epidemiology, Health Services, Health Care and Promotion, Social Medicine, Oral Health, Women’s and Children’s Health, Public Health Veterinary, Nutrition, etc.) are accepted.

Monographs from specialization courses and ‘lato sensu’ postgraduate programs are not accepted for inclusion in LILACS and should be included in national or thematic databases.
