a) Record the date in the language of the document, omitting prepositions.

b) Months should be abbreviated according to the abbreviation table found in ANNEX III.

c) Inclusive dates should be recorded separated by a hyphen.

d) If there is no publication date, record the approximate date in brackets followed by a question mark.
