The FI LILACS management manual is a reference and dynamic document about the activities necessary for managing the LILACS database and databases that adopt the LILACS Methodology.

Objectives of the manual

The objective of the manual is to clarify and document concepts, criteria, procedures, collaboration flows, and interoperability to support database managers who adopt the LILACS Methodology in their activities of production, publication, maintenance, and updating of the database.

It also explains the role of each actor within the Brazilian Health Information Network.

Target audience

It is aimed at managers who are partners of the Brazilian Health Information Network, BVS Coordinators, and National Coordinators of LILACS, who carry out their operational activities to contribute to LILACS, and sub-regional, national, and thematic databases that adopt the LILACS Methodology.

How to use this manual
