Some characters, such as quotes and dashes, are not recognized when author names, affiliations, abstracts, and titles are copied and pasted into the corresponding fields, being replaced by a question mark. To prevent this from happening, author names, affiliations, abstracts, and titles should first be copied and pasted into a text editor like Notepad, and then cut and pasted into the corresponding fields.
