The journal must have at least three issues published to be considered for evaluation and selection. Thus, newly edited journals should not be sent before completing the three required issues. In the case of the continuous publication journal, there should be published articles referring to 75% of the volume.
In principle, volume 1, number 1 of a journal, will not be indexed. If the journal is selected, it can be retrospectively indexed from volume 1, paragraph 1, if the National Selection Committee so indicates.
